Barrel Bash 2021
We are stoked to bring back Barrel Bash for 2021, and this will be our BIGGEST Barrel Bash yet! Over the course of 10 days, we’ll be serving up a multitude of barrel-aged beer and whiskey at our Holland and Grand Rapids brewpubs. Whether you’re looking for vintage beers, or something a little more experimental from our brewers, we’ve got you covered. Plus, we will have some exciting new and vintage releases available in our stores.
Zeppelin Bend 10 Year American Single Malt
A decade ago, we re-fabricated our prohibition-era pot still, setting the course for the future of our whiskey production. Our single malt was the first spirit distilled on that still and has been nestled comfortably in the dark and quiet corners of our rickhouse for ten long years, picking up the complexity that only Father Time can impart. This will be available exclusively in our brewpub retail stores and tasting rooms.
Dragon’s Milk Bottled-in-Bond Batch 03 is here!
Distilled in Spring of 2016 and bottled in Fall of 2021, Batch 03 clocks in at 100 proof. Our latest legend features classic bourbon notes of caramel, toasted oak, and baking spices followed by bold fruity notes from our unique high-barley mash bill. This is a one-of-a-kind expression perfect for the long winter ahead. This will be available exclusively in our brewpub retail stores and tasting rooms.
Dragon’s Milk x Stovetop Roasters Bourbon Barrel-Aged Coffee
Green coffee beans from Colombia were aged in freshly emptied bourbon casks and then roasted in small batches, resulting in a bold brew that features flavor notes of chocolate, sweet oak, and vanilla. This limited-edition collaboration will be available in our brewpub retail stores, as well as online for $19.99.
The hyper limited-edition coffee mug (less than 50 were produced) was handcrafted by renowned artist Brian Giniewski in Philadelphia. Limited quantities will be available online and in-store, retailing for $60.

Dragon’s Milk Triple Mash (2021 Release)
If you need a little more Dragon’s Milk Triple Mash in your life (and who doesn’t?), we set aside a few cases and kegs from this year’s release and the time is right to unleash them into the world.
These will be available exclusively in our brewpub retail stores in 4-packs and on draft.
Flavored Beer Barrel Bourbon
We’re introducing two new flavors of our flagship Beer Barrel Bourbon: Sweet Heat (Peach & Árbol Chilies) and Baked Apple Pie! These both come in at 70 Proof.
These will be available exclusively in our brewpub retail stores and tasting rooms.
