Minimum Runs & Planning Requirements
- Canned & bottled beverages: Minimum run of 50 barrels (~600 case equivalents, incl. loss)
- High-proof spirits: Minimums vary by format
Production requirements:
- 12-month rolling forecast
- Production locked 60 days in advance
- Ingredients and packaging on-site 30 days prior to production
Commercial & Compliance Structure
- Tolling fee for manufacturing
- Storage, logistics, and shipping fees apply
- Brand owner responsible for ingredient and packaging procurement
- Michigan sales and distribution available for an additional fee
- Brand owner responsible for all compliance and sales outside Michigan
