Tasting Room Private Events
Our tasting room is available year-round for private events in half-day timeslots (11am–4pm or 5pm–10pm). Two televisions mounted above the bar are available for slideshows or presentation via HDMI cable. A portable microphone is available to rent as well. It can accommodate 20 people sitting and up to 35 people standing for private events.

Non-Private Cocktail Class
This option is for small groups that have not rented out the entire tasting room. While the tasting room remains open to the general public, your group will have a dedicated bartender for the class. Up to 10 people can participate in the cocktail class.

Private Cocktail Class
This package can be added to a private tasting room rental, with the cost going towards your food & beverage minimums. One of our bartenders will lead your group through a guided demonstration and tasting of three cocktails.
The hands-on approach allows guests to master the techniques and make these cocktails at home. Take-home recipe cards will also be provided. Up to 28 people can participate in the cocktail class.

Our guided private tastings are the perfect way to explore our lineup of spirits, learn about the craft behind each bottle, and discover new favorites along the way.
Whether you're a seasoned whiskey lover or just starting your spirits journey, our expert team will walk you through each pour and share stories, tips, and tasting notes that make every sip more meaningful. Choose from a variety of tasting options (including cocktails or rare pours) and enjoy a fun, relaxed experience that’s perfect for groups, celebrations, or a unique night out.
